Supreme's Agree with Constitution

In an unusual break from recent tradition, the United States Supreme Court agreed with the Constitution!

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Even some liberals get it:
''This opinion should usher in a new era in which the constitutionality of government regulations of firearms are reviewed against the backdrop of this important right,''
said Sen. Patrick Leahy of Vermont.

Vermont as many know, enjoys the lowest incidence of firearm violence in the nation and has no gun laws what so ever.
(The only firearm laws in that state are federal.)

  1. This was a great victory for the Constitution. It also serves as a counter balance for the myriad of rights that we have lost as Americans in the past several years. Disarming a population is the first step towards autocracy, and there is no way to counter this. History has proven this irrefutable fact on MANY occasions, and anyone who disagrees is a fool.
