I hope now he'll finally get around to apologizing to Anita Hill. God, I hated the man for that. Every time I see Justice Thomas, it reminds me how awful the guy was.
If memory serves, Hill was reluctant to step forward. She was coaxed and cajoled by Nina Totenberg and Rikki Seidman, an aide to either Kennedy or Metzenbaum.
As an aside, Janet Napolitano was Anita Hill's lawyer. It doesn't end, does it? :)
